Born in Manchester, Steve Steinman has spent over three decades creating and starring in widely acclaimed touring productions across the UK and beyond – blending rock music theatre and cinematic spectacle.
From arenas and concert halls to standout nights at venues including the London Palladium and top stages over Europe, Steve and his team are focused on one thing: delivering the best live touring experience possible.

WHAT STEVE IS WORKING ON NOW

Steve’s biggest original project to date, Eternal Love combines original rock songs with a bold, theatrical story – with Steve starring as the wickedly comic Baron Von Rockula.

Eternal Love 20+ original songs from Steve’s albums, including Take a Leap of Faith + Heavens Gate.

MILESTONES

1994

Steve appears on Stars in Their Eyes performing as Meatloaf, launching his professional career in the spotlight.

LATE 1990'S

Begins touring extensively with Anything For Love - The Meatloaf Story performing across the UK and internationally including Sun City South Africa

2000'S

Steve produces his first full-scale touring theatre production establishing Steve Steinman Production

2004

Writes and debuts Vampires Rock starring as the wickedly comic Baron Von Rockular

2007-2009

Vampires Rock tours arenas and major UK venues, featuring special guests including Toyah Wilcox and Eddie Ojeda (Twisted Sister).

2010

Creates and tours Bat the Symphony, combining a 40-piece orchestra with a live rock band, selling out 100+ venues.

2014

Steve Steinman productions concludes the original run of Vampires Rock with The Final Countdown tour.

2015

Steve launches his new show Vampires Rock-Ghost Train, the sequel to Vampires Rock, touring nationally.

2017

Writes and debuts Iconic - The Show, celebrating iconic movie soundtracks.

2019

Lorraine Crosby, the original female lead vocalist on Meat Loaf's hit I'd Do Anything for Love, joins Steve Steinman. The same year X-Factor winner Sam Bailey steps into the role of the Vampire Queen in Vampires Rock.

2022

Releases Everything They Said Was True, written by John Parr, reaching No.1 on amazon and ITunes rock charts

2023-2024

Releases original albums Take a Leap of Faith and Heaven's Gate.

2025

Launches Eternal Love - The Musical his biggest production to date.

2026-PRESENT DAY

Steve Steinman prepares a special 50th anniversary celebration of Bat Out of Hell, developing a new live show honouring the multi million selling album Bat by Jim Steinman, featuring Kasim Sultan and Mark Alexander both former members of Meat Loaf's band appearing as special guests from the USA.

Eddie Ojada, founding guitarist of Twisted Sister (We’re Not Gonna Take It, I Wanna Rock), joined Steve Steinman as a special guest guitarist in early 2010s, on Vampires Rock

TOYAH WILLCOX

Toyah Willcox appeared as a special guest in Steve Steinman’s rock theatre production Vampires Rock during the 2008-2009 tours. She performed as Steves wicked vampire queen.

SAM BAILEY

Sam Bailey, winner of The X factor in 2013, joined Steve Steinman as a special guest in Vampires Rock, taking on the rolw of the Vampire Queen during the later tour legs in the mid-2010s

NATHAN JAMES

Nathan James, frontman of inglorious, is na internationally acclaimed powerhouse vocalist whose career includes starring in productions by Andrew Lloyd Webber. He appeared as a special guest vocalist in Steve Steinman’s original production Day of the Dead in 2010-2011

LORRAINE CROSBY

Lorraine Crosby, the original femlae vocalist on Meat Loaf’s I’d Do Anything for Love(But I Wont Do That), appeared as a special guest with Steve Steinman on The Meat Loaf Story tour.

MARK ALEXANDER

Mark Alexander, longtime keyboardist and musical director for Meat Loaf, will appear as a special guest with Steve Steinman on a select number of dates in 2026. He is also set to return in 2027 for Steve’s production marking the 50th anniversary of Bat Out of Hell.

KASIM SULTAN

Kasim Sultan, bassist and vocalist known for work with Meat Loaf, Utopia, and Joan Jett, will appear as a special guest with Steve Steinman on a select number of dates in 2026. He is also set to return in 2027 to take part in Steve’s show celebrating the 50th anniversary of Bat Out of Hell.
